ACCESS TO THE BAG OR MLS INMOBILIARIA

 

 

Access to the real estate exchange can be done from the website of the school or the real estate association. It must be identified with company code, username and password. STARTING SCREEN

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

 

The real estate exchange will allow us to easily and quickly share real estate with the rest of the real estate agencies. Where we can publish our buildings and access to those of our colleagues.

- LIST OF REAL ESTATE

In the list of properties, we will display on the left the search criteria and in the center the list of properties based on the filters made.

- SENDING EMAIL WITH REAL ESTATE

From the list of properties, we can select our properties and those of other agencies in a simple way and send it by email to our customers. They will receive an email with our corporate image and with access to the public records of the properties, without identifying at any time to which agency they belong. We can also print listings and independent files.

- HIGH OF MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC REAL ESTATE FROM YOUR REAL ESTATE SOFTWARE

If you wish, you can automatically export all your shared properties to the stock exchange, as long as your real estate software generates an XML in Kyero 3.0 format. If you do not have this option you can register your properties very easily and quickly in less than two minutes.
